Whatever you need — a question about a charge, help deleting your account, or something that happened on a call — write to us and we will pick it up.
Email support
When contacting us, please provide the mobile number or email address associated with your Talkiyo account, where available. This helps us locate your account and verify your request.
If something on a call made you feel unsafe, report it in the app. Open Call History, select the relevant call, and choose Report or Block. You can also contact us through Help & Support to report a concern. Reports are confidential. The Safety Center explains what happens next. Reporting in the app is the most direct route to the safety team.
Talkiyo is not an emergency service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services. The Safety Center also lists independent organisations that can help.
